It is mainly suitable for refractory castables with corundum or spinel as the base and non-silica ash systems, such as corundum-based self-flowing castables, permeable bricks, and alumina ceramic slurry forming, etc. HDA-1 offers high water reduction, adjustable setting time, no damage to the material’s high-temperature structure, and no bleeding, making it especially suitable for self-flowing castables.
HDA-1W is the fast-setting product of HDA-1. HDA-1 and HDA-1W can be mixed in any ratio to adjust the working time of the castable.
